Holy crap, this is a great picture.  It looks like I'm taking a dump!

I was working out at ITAMA in East Lansing with my friend Greg under the direction of Nick Suino.  We were doing some Nihon Jujitsu, and Nick decided to take some pictures.  This happened a month or two ago so I can't remember all of the details but as I recall it went something along the lines of this...

Nick had his camera out and came over to take a picture of us doing one of the techniques.  Usually when the Sesnei comes over and starts giving directions / instruction he is talking to the person who is performing the technique, which in this case was me.  He said "ok, pretty good, but you need to look like you are in pain," so I scrunched up my face and such.  Then Nick said "Not you dumb ass!  Greg needs to look like he is in pain," but that did't stop him from taking the picture.
